- Liza Butterworth Review added: 2018.02.10★ ★ ★ ★ ★The previous guest, arrived 3 hours later than they told us they would arrive. Refused to shake my hand and say hello on arrival. Turned down a swim, a look at the kittens, all of our toys and books which we offered their children and were hostile from the outset. They then refused to pay the full amount quoting clutter (the place is immaculate except for a few pool toys we had left out for their children) and dirty - I clean the place and am house proud and love my home - it is clean. I have had 3 thank you letters from happy guests this month alone and have even been sent presents from lovely guests. This last person, clearly wasn't happy before they even got out of the car! I am sorry they felt the way they did but am confident that we offer a clean, hospitable and comfortable bed and breakfast.
